Milestones Services are outlined for you here; there are links to guide you to more detail and forms.

• The principal service we provide is the Milestones Memories Register. Here you can record memories of family, of friends, of those you have admired.
• Guidance in the main menu title – Search – describes how to search  the Register. This can be by name or location and, in the Journal, by date of death.
• The Register is preceded by its Index where you can check to see if we have a full Profile or Brief Profile of  the person in whom you are interested.
• In  Register you will find information about the registration process, with more about Profiles, including the Brief Profile, in The Profile Explained.
• We encourage a classic photograph in the Brief Profile and more alongside the Timeline or in the Obituary.
• Visit Enhance for information on Tributes and to find out how  to register them.
• Notices are equally easy to introduce to the Profile
• Customising the Invitation and adjusting a Postscript are readily negotiable. We call these Agreed Content..
• Appreciations are not confined to family members. With our customer’s consent, they may be added to the Profile by contributors. That is, friends, colleagues, admirers.
• While we will display Brief Profiles from customers who are not family members, we have a Protocol to cover the situation where a family member wishes to be substituted for our original customer.

Forms may be more readily completed on a pad or laptop but the site is  intended to be fully accessible on your mobile phone or via the QR code on our cards and publicity.
